If canceling your appointment within 12 hours you will be charged 50% of your service cost or you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to give another client on the waitlist the opportunity to book. Multiple last minute rescheduling and cancellations will not be allowed to rebook.
